Cooler and filtration systems in detail
CoolWater 500 — point of use dispenser
Compact, fully bottleless, and available in black, white or gray. Plumbs directly into your water line, so there is no bottle to lift and no delivery to schedule. A good fit for smaller offices, break rooms, reception areas and homes where floor space is tight.
CoolWater 650 — bottleless and bottled combo
The flexible one. It runs as a point-of-use bottleless cooler, and it also accepts a 6-gallon bottle top- or bottom-loaded when you want it. It pairs with any of our reverse osmosis systems or with filtration you already have installed. Useful where the plumbing situation is uncertain or you want a backup supply.
CoolWater 800 — offices and larger households
Higher capacity with a three-step filtration process built in, in a compact footprint. Built for busier offices and larger households where a small dispenser cannot keep up with demand through the day.
Drinking water filtration systems
RO-500 — six-stage under-sink reverse osmosis
Six stages of filtration, 50 gallons per day. Our under-sink workhorse, installed out of sight in the cabinet with a dedicated faucet at the sink. This is the system for drinking, cooking, coffee and ice where you want bottled-quality water without the bottles.
ELP — alkaline reverse osmosis for low-pressure buildings
Six stages of filtration with alkaline remineralization, 100 gallons per day. ELP stands for Extremely Low Pressure — it is engineered to produce properly at water pressures where a conventional RO system struggles or stops. If you are in an older Los Angeles building, an upper floor, or anywhere the pressure drops off, this is the system that still works. It also restores alkaline minerals after filtration.
Benty — eight-stage, 800 gallons per day
Eight stages, 800 gallons per day, tankless alkaline. High-volume drinking water for busy commercial kitchens, larger offices and demanding households. Tankless design means no storage tank taking up cabinet space and no waiting for a tank to refill.
Who rents from us
Offices
Bottled water delivery is a recurring cost, a storage problem and a lifting hazard. A plumbed cooler removes all three, and the monthly cost is predictable rather than tied to how much your team drinks. We handle filters and servicing so it never lands on your office manager.
Restaurants, cafes and bars
Filtered water for service, coffee, tea and ice, without a delivery schedule to manage or a bottle store to keep. See also our commercial water softener systems for equipment protection — the two solve different problems and most kitchens need both.
Gyms, studios and salons
High-traffic, high-visibility water. A clean bottleless unit is part of the experience your members see; stacked plastic bottles are not.
Medical, dental and professional offices
Filtered drinking water for patients and staff, serviced on a schedule, with the maintenance documented rather than improvised.
Homes
Renting suits households that want filtered drinking water without a capital purchase, or who are in a property they do not plan to stay in long term. Everything is included and the unit comes with us if you move.
Renting versus buying
Straight answer: it depends how long you will keep it and whether you want to own maintenance.
| Renting | Buying | |
|---|---|---|
| Up-front cost | None | Full system price |
| Filters and servicing | Included | Your responsibility and cost |
| Repairs | Covered | Your cost after warranty |
| Best when | You want it handled, or the property is not long-term | You will keep it for years and want the lower lifetime cost |
| Upgrading | We swap the unit | You resell or replace |
If you plan to stay put for many years and are comfortable scheduling your own filter changes, buying usually costs less in the long run and we are happy to sell you the same equipment. If you would rather it simply worked without you thinking about it, rent. We will tell you honestly which one fits your situation.
One thing we do not rent: water softeners. Our rental program covers bottleless coolers, dispensers and drinking water filtration only. Water softeners are sold outright, and we back them with service plans that include maintenance, bi-monthly checkups and salt delivery — see our water softener page or, for businesses, commercial water softeners.
Areas we serve
We deliver, install and service rentals across Los Angeles County, including Downtown LA, the San Fernando Valley, the Westside, Hollywood, Pasadena, Long Beach and the South Bay. We are headquartered in Burbank and also serve Glendale, North Hollywood, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Van Nuys, Toluca Lake, Encino, Woodland Hills, Culver City, Santa Monica, Alhambra, Arcadia and the surrounding cities.
How it works
- Tell us the space. Office, restaurant, gym or home, how many people, and where the unit would go. We will recommend the right capacity rather than the most expensive unit.
- Free water test. Los Angeles water varies substantially by area, and it determines which filtration is appropriate.
- Installation. We plumb it in, test it and show your team how it works. Most installs take under an hour.
- We keep it running. Scheduled filter changes, sanitization and repairs, all included.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a water cooler rental cost in Los Angeles?
It depends on the unit, whether you need filtration alongside it, and how many units you need. Because installation, filter changes, sanitization and repairs are included in the monthly fee, it is worth comparing against the full cost of bottled delivery rather than against equipment price alone. Call us and we will quote your actual setup.
What is a bottleless water cooler?
A bottleless cooler plumbs into your existing water line and filters water on demand, instead of dispensing from a delivered 5-gallon bottle. There are no bottles to order, lift, store or return, and you cannot run out.
Do you rent water softeners?
No. We rent bottleless coolers, dispensers and drinking water filtration systems. Water softeners are sold outright, and we offer service plans covering maintenance, bi-monthly checkups and salt delivery. We explain the reasoning in full here: can you rent a water softener in Los Angeles?
Are filter changes included in the rental?
Yes. Scheduled filter replacement, sanitization, maintenance and repairs are all part of the rental. You are not tracking intervals or ordering parts.
Can I rent for an office and a separate location?
Yes. We service multiple locations across Los Angeles County on a single arrangement, which is common for businesses running more than one site.
What if my building has low water pressure?
That is exactly what our ELP system is designed for. It is an alkaline reverse osmosis system built to produce at extremely low pressure, where conventional RO systems underperform or stop working. It is a frequent answer in older Los Angeles buildings and upper-floor units.
How long does installation take?
Most cooler and under-sink filtration installs are completed in under an hour. We schedule commercial installs around your operating hours so it does not disrupt service.
What happens if the unit breaks?
We repair or replace it. It is our equipment, so repairs are covered as part of the rental rather than billed to you.
